Toni grew up in North Carolina and made her way to Yellowstone National Park in 2009. What began as a summer job between semesters of college became a permanent life in Wyoming and Montana. After spending four years living and working in the park, Toni found herself on a potato farm in Gallatin valley, and, wanting to expand her skills in agronomy, she began her studies at Montana State University shortly after sowing season. Toni graduated with her B.S. in Plant Science in 2017, after which she traveled to Oregon and worked in a variety of roles in the field, from inside the lab to out in an orchard. But her heart remained in the big sky country, and she returned to Yellowstone in 2019. Now at home with the mountains, rivers, and wildlife she loves most, Toni enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for this area with visitors from around the world. In her free time, you can find Toni outdoors, fishing, skiing (downhill and nordic), or paddling!
